* A recognised qualification in construction (C&G/Degree/HNC/HND or Equivalent); CSCS Black Manager’s Card or equivalent; SMSTS 5 day course qualification; NEBOSH qualification is preferred; Experience in delivering construction projects in excess of £10m; Ability to influence and lead teams; Experience in construction of commercial buildings and offices; Hands on Construction Management Experience in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2015 and experience as a Principal Contractor; Experience in the Nuclear and Defence sector; Ability to obtain a minimum level of SC Clearance; UK Driving Licence and Ability to Work in the UK.Our Culture\:
