Senior Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. This position offers a senior leadership role with significant growth opportunities. Responsibilities + Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. + Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. + Report and escalate issues to management as needed. + Perform risk management to minimize project risks. + Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. + Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. + Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in industries such as Pharma, Powerplant, or Hospitals. + Proficiency in Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam. + Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and commercial construction. + Program management experience. Work Environment Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on-site. The role requires travel to project sites once per week.
