Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. This position offers a senior leadership role with significant growth opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and escalate issues to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in industries such as Pharma, Powerplant, or Hospitals.Proficiency in Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam.Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and commercial construction.Program management experience.Work Environment

Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on-site. The role requires travel to project sites once per week.
