Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating labor resources needs, setting up job cost tracking reports, and being actively involved in all bid closings. Additionally, the role requires the ability to review budgets with estimators, coordinate responsibilities for change proposals, and ensure timely submission of change order pricing within customer constraints. Understanding the limits to the required scope of work and developing a man-loading project schedule are also key responsibilities.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Work Environment

Primarily onsite on a Mission Critical Project in Hillsboro for the next 16 months. Depending on project load, subsequent locations may include another site in Hillsboro or an office in NW Portland.
