Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, WC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management within the PM Construction industry, specifically in industrial, commercial, residential, and retail projects across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Monitor progress, quality, and safety on job sites Communicate effectively with clients and team members Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Ensure compliance with all regulations, codes, and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management Projects across multiple disciplines; industrial, commercial, residential, retail Strong knowledge of construction methods, material, and processes Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
