Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (SR PM/SR Executive PM) with at least 10 years of experience in an owner's representative role or someone from a general contracting background with an interest in transitioning to an owner's representative role. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, and higher education construction projects.

ResponsibilitiesProvide trusted, independent, proactive advice to the client’s Capital Projects team to support their role in delivering projects and meeting strategic business objectives.Manage the flow and drive Business Case approvals through formal governance processes to align with the capital improvement plan.Ensure compliance with client’s governance and controls requirements, document adherence and variances, and present findings.Provide commercial and time assurance across programs and projects, offering challenges, alternatives, reviews, benchmarking, good practices, and feedback to the client’s capital project leads.Support the reporting of all performance KPIs and monthly supply chain performance.Collect, refine, and collate information for future budget year Capital Investment Plans (CIP), liaising with internal stakeholders and maintaining accurate and consistent data.Perform monthly reporting and forecasting on CIP progress and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.Drive consistency and accuracy into all reporting and forecasting.Essential Skills10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, or higher education construction.Experience in dealing with general contractors (GCs), overseeing projects, and managing design projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsProject management expertise.Strong reporting skills.Experience in executing projects and managing design processes.Work Environment

This role involves working on different project sites at times, which may include traveling to general contractor sites, real estate projects, and the Philadelphia office. There is also the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $96.15
