We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a team of project managers in planning and executing capital improvement projects. In this role, you'll oversee project workflows, optimize efficiency, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
What You'll DoLead & Supervise a team of project managers handling capital improvement projects.Optimize Workflows by evaluating current processes and recommending improvements.Provide Strategic Guidance on project scopes, scheduling, and execution.Oversee Large Projects directly, managing contracts from start to finish.Ensure Efficiency by coordinating contractor schedules and job site inspections.Identify Opportunities for new capital improvement projects within assigned communities.Authorize Payments and maintain accurate contract records.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership & communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues, contractors, and inspectors.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and staff.Self-motivated & decisive in planning and implementing new workflow strategies.RequirementsValid NC Driver's License with a safe driving record
Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: Significant experience in construction project management and supervision.
Certifications: NC General Contractor's License, Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, and Lead-Based Paint Supervisor (preferred).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office 365 and Yardi (preferred).
