IQVIA Consulting in Athens is currently looking for a Senior Consultant.

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for business development, project management, line management and offering development within the Analytics and Management Consulting capability area, writing proposals and working on generating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery and Business Development activities in the Consulting space as the aligned Senior Consultant for a small group of -local accounts of pharmaceutical companies, working closely with Key Account Managers, and colleagues with delivery expertise in other functional areasOwn responsibility for project management and delivery to balance profitability while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and building strong partnerships with lead individuals within key accountsCollaborate with colleagues in other functions of IQVIA to define and deliver solutions to address cross-functional client needsAssist personal development of junior team members to drive staff retention and career development within and outside the teamComply with all relevant IQVIA policies, processes and procedures, and maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information held, processed or communicated by IQVIA, in line with those policies, processes and procedures.Raise the general profile of IQVIA in the Consulting space by attending industry conferences and events, submitting articles to industry publications, and attending in-person and virtual client eventsClean and organize data for analysis, and complete analysis and calculations using spreadsheets, SQL and R / Python programmingDesign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on digital dataVisualize and present data findings in dashboards, presentations and commonly used visualization platformsCreate custom reporting and scorecards and provide digital analytics data supportAnalyze and document the impact of user behavior on digital dataParticipate in the design, set up and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testingUse various analytics tools to track, report and analyze digital analytics performance, customer trends and customer online behavior

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

DegreeBetween 5 and 8 years of experience in Consulting.Experience in Healthcare, Consumer goods and/or Ecommerce is a plus.Able to support the execution of multiple complex projects at once within a team environment to tight deadlinesGood team player with strong interpersonal skillsFluency both in English and Greek (spoken and written)Three (3) years of experience in digital analytics.Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, and proficient with at least one statistical software package (e.g. R, Python)Experience with relational SQL, Tableau, Power BIAbility to utilize platform APIs to pull and aggregate dataProficient with web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics)Digital savviness and curiosity, with strong functional/technical knowledge of purchase processes and digital marketing platformsGood knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search [Google Ads, Bing Ads, Product Listing Ads (Google Shopping)], retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms, will be considered a plus.Advanced Google Analytics (certified), Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio will be considered a plus.Experience in data modelling and mining and in combining data from multiple sources will be considered a plus.
