Senior Consultant, Corporate Performance Management

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in driving business excellence through strategic performance management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing corporate performance management solutions that drive business outcomes. The role will involve working closely with clients and partners to assess, design, and implement performance management systems, processes, and practices that enable organizations to achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with System Implementation Partners to deliver Corporate Performance Management solutions to clients specifically in Financial consolidation

- Assist in presales activities, including:

  - Gathering and documenting customer requirements 

- Performing product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

  - Developing demo scripts and presentation materials   

- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on CPM best practices, solution design, and implementation

- Design and implement Corporate Performance Management solutions, including Financial Consolidation and Planning and reporting

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders

- Provide training and support to clients and partners on Corporate Performance Management solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and emerging technologies in Corporate Performance

Requirements:

- Chartered account or equivalent or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

- 6-8 years of experience in Implementation of Corporate performance management solutions like Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC,etc.,

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Corporate Performance Management solutions and practices

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Experience working as/with System Implementation Partners and managing multiple client projects

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and partners

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Certification in performance management or a related field

- Experience working with system implementation partners or in a similar role
