What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Sr. Director, ECRM Governance & Planning, the Senior Manager is accountable for supporting ECRM strategy development. The role must synthesize and contemplate technology and process strategy across channels, products, multiple businesses for CIBC front line employees. The Senior Manager will define and run programs related to Salesforce improvements for CIBC frontline employees, with a particular emphasis on digital and mobile technologies optimization and efficiency. The role is responsible for providing recommendations, drafting high level requirements, participating in project execution, vendor evaluations, evaluating opportunities, overlaps and gaps in the roadmap to deliver the ECRM Frontline Technology Strategy vision and long term strategy for making recommendations.

Contribute to ECRM Frontline Strategy & Programs - Facilitate the technology strategy development process for the frontline employee channels, including gap analysis, risk assessment, operating model development, financial scenario modeling, and data analytics, working closely with internal business partners to define business priorities, assess new business opportunities and make recommendations on required capabilities and investments.Industry and Consumer Research - Develop market insights and competitive landscape which includes managing relationship with internal and external partners and maintain comprehensive view of customer relationships across all products, activities, and channelsCurrent and Future State Assessment - Develop a comprehensive yet relevant view of business operating models and maturity of capabilities across channels (including stakeholder analysis, interviews and data gathering and analytics) with view of continually evolving and enhancing the effectiveness of the ECRM ecosystem distribution networkWho you are
