**What you’ll be doing**
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) establishes and provides an independent risk perspective, strategic direction and leadership. The Enterprise Risk Reporting team specifically manages risk reporting and effective challenge for the cross-functional Risk Management team. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Reporting, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing enterprise level risk and developing executive reporting, including Board and senior management reports. The Senior Consultant will interact with many stakeholders across the bank including executives.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Attention to detail** – No detail is too small to get past you. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of accuracy and precision in high-visibility reporting.
+ **Reporting** – Responsible for the development of high-visibility, quarterly reporting for senior management and board-level committees – primarily the Global Risk Committee (GRC) and Risk Management Committee (RMC). Develop key risk material and presentations for senior risk executives including synthesizing complex and detailed risk analysis and information into succinct reviews.
+ **Process improvement** – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement solutions to drive timely and accurate reporting. Responsible for developing project plans and implementation schedules in relation to strategic or tactical solutions for improving the end to end processes within the team.
+ **Team player** – Support the team in managing other enterprise level risk and executive reporting and analytics.
+ **Strong collaboration and relationship building** – You’ll foster strong collaboration in partnership across Risk Management, SBUs and other functional groups to support our capability to effectively review and challenge risk assessments.
+ **Effective communication** – You can effectively communicate information and ideas to executive stakeholders, both verbally and written, and are comfortable doing so. You also know how to communicate detailed information in a concise, meaningful way.
**Who you are**
+ **You can demonstrate experience** with at least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Risk Management. You have strong knowledge of the regulatory environment, emerging risks and risk management.
+ **You have experience managing multiple activities** with varying complexity in a sophisticated matrix environment organization while under time constraints. It's an asset if you have experience in project management.
+ **You understand that success is in the details.** You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
+ **You have a high proficiency in** Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word and PowerPoint.
+ **You are extremely organized** and structured in your thinking, and can manage multiple deliverables and tasks at a time, while staying on top of deadlines.
+ **You are an excellent communicator** that can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. You have experience presenting to senior leaders (including VP level and above).
+ **You maintain productive and collaborative relationships** with internal and external sources, colleagues and others to obtain, provide, verify and discuss information and best practices.
