Participate with a team of people preparing filing analysis for major SEC & EU market filings within the Alternative Investment space.Liaise with clients and HFS management to develop methodologies for new and upcoming regulatory filings.Ensure consistency in approaches across filings, where applicableUnderstand and document business requirements for system and / or interface changes and new buildsspecific to the regulatory environmentCoordinate and deliver regulatory filings to subscribed clientsComplete quality checks on calculations and understand trends in responsesDevelop and maintain detailed process documents to ensure accurate completion of filingsWork collaboratively and provide ongoing regulatory support for both clients and internal teamsCommunicate client expectations and deadlines across business units involvedConsult with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfactionExperience
A minimum 3-4 years of experienceExperience using Excel VBA to implement and automate processes involving large quantities of dataExperience with Investment Management and/or Financial Services; Hedge Fund specific a plusCPA designation (plus)Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Big 4 public accounting experience (plus)Financial Reporting experience (plus)Working with Us:
