**What you’ll be doing**
The Senior Consultant, Inclusion is responsible for developing and implementing tactics to help Canadian Commercial and Wealth (CC&W) achieve their time-bound Inclusion at Work KPI focused on increasing the number of women in advisor roles. Partnering closely with the CC&W leadership team, the Senior Consultant will lead the design and delivery of strategic interventions and initiatives designed to help increase the share of women in advice and client-facing positions while ensuring that the Private Wealth (PW) team is broadly reflective of the clients and communities it serves.
In this role, you will help drive results in the organization by raising awareness, providing education, driving action and meaningful change through continuous improvement. This role will act as a key advisor to the PW team and the CC&W organization more broadly through collaboration with HR and the broader business peers to embed inclusion in the fabric of our culture.
