Senior Consultant, Marketing
This Opportunity WSP USA Inc. has a unique opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to carve out specialty expertise leading and supporting pursuits as part of our Oregon Strategic Growth Team. This position will be based out of our downtown Portland, Oregon office. As an essential member of the team, the person in this role will work across multiple business lines with regional technical experts, as well as our national business leaders. To say compliance is critical would be an understatement. Being able to parse the RFQ/P for requirements, as well as read between the lines for messaging is key. Brings Design Understanding. You should bring an understanding of InDesign layout and how to collaborate with a designer to develop compelling graphics that support the value proposition. Your Impact + Leads complex proposals with general guidance, including scheduling and conducting project kick-off meetings and strategy sessions for a winning proposal. + Researches, gathers, and edits proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information. Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner. + Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and WSP. + Collaborates with technical staff to write original content and reviews/edits content for clarity, compliance, and key messages. + Collaborates with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials ensuring all proposals are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit. + Organizes and coaches technical staff in the presentation phase of a pursuit. + Actively contributes to the development and maintenance of essential marketing data, including CRM information, resumes, and project descriptions. Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $72,800 - $127,380 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
