As a Senior Consultant, you will report to an Associate Managing Director in the Offensive Security department. You will be the technical expert of our engagements to our Latin American clients, support the scoping of services to their cybersecurity challenges, and act as their security subject matter expert and ours. You will also deliver penetration tests for our clients based in North America and Europe. You will mentor our Associate Consultants and Consultants on our engagements and act as a role model for their careers. You are constantly ingesting security events and information and integrating it into your practices. You can relay that information to a technical and non-technical audience with the appropriate degree of detail.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

Deliver consultative and offensive security engagements, such as web application, API, and infrastructure penetration tests, as an expert in the eyes of the client and your teammates Lead the technical delivery of our engagements by defining the execution strategy, performing tests, discussing results with our clients, and collaborating with our global Offensive Security Team. Solution and scope engagements for our clients, including penetration tests, consultative engagements, phishing exercises, and more Author deliverables such as vulnerability reports and executive reports Work with regional leadership to customize our services, approaches, and solutions to fit the needs of the client,

 

Essential Traits:

3+ years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in penetration testing, or red teaming Expert knowledge of application security, , infrastructure security, and other offensive or defensive security domains An appetite for self-directed learning and a willingness to venture into the unknown A high degree of contextual and technological adaptability (i.e., tool- and industry-agnostic) Generosity with your knowledge and patience with your apprentices Fluency in Portuguese, with excellent oral and written communication skills Oral and written communication skills in English and/ or Spanish will be differentiators A proven ability to lead and deliver Offensive Security engagements
