You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning and Management: + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. + Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. + Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Team Collaboration: + Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and business analysts. + Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. + Communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to stakeholders. + Stakeholder Communication: + Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. + Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. + Technology Integration: + Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. + Understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems. + Risk Management: + Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. + Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project success. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. + Quality Assurance: + Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. + Implement best practices for project management and technology integration. + Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. + PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred. + 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. + Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
