The Senior Consultant is responsible for end-to-end client relationship management for select Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) clients. You will oversee the operational success of programs by supporting the sales team through client consultation and solution design and partnering with production teams to enable delivery excellence.

You will participate in pre-sales activities, RFIs/RFPs and presentations, provide consultation for client and internal discovery sessions, as well as manage or serve as a liaison to delivery teams, and serve as an escalation point for solution development and implementation. Internally, you will lead internal training/learning sessions and have opportunities to manage direct reports.

DESCRIPTIONCreate well thought-out solution proposals / SOWs that provide client value by addressing client’s key business challenges and core requirements.Ensure client satisfaction and strong successful relationships.Lead new business initiatives by providing strategic direction as well as contributing to written responses and delivery of presentations.Provide strategic direction, consultation and serve as an escalation point for assigned ESG accounts.Lead operational plans and programs around the delivery of AI/ML projects and initiatives, including financial and resource planning, as well as operating models.Efficiently lead and successfully implement complex, enterprise-wide solutions, providing leadership to geographically dispersed client and internal teams.Bring exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication to every opportunity.Responsible for continuous growth and improvement of owned accounts including leading quarterly business reviews and post project reviews.Develop relationships of trust, within the internal organization and with client stakeholders.Present at industry related conferences, both internal and external.Lead internal training sessions at a group or company level.REQUIRED SKILLSExperience in participating in new business, implementation and consulting opportunities with clients.Experience with machine learning technology and associated services – specializing in data collection, linguistic services or computer vision.Experience in leading internal and client project teams of 10+ more individuals.Experience in identification of program opportunities, communicating business value/impact and contribution to solution plans.Experience balancing and negotiating change across high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer groups and customer stakeholders groups.Exposure to client strategic meetings for discovery, onboarding, improvement and/or audit initiatives.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent8+ years in the AI/ML industry as an account or project manager.Experience as a manager with direct reports for at least 5 years.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA degree in linguistics, computational linguistics, computer vision or other machine-learning related fieldFormal project management training such as PMP certification
