Title: Senior ConsultantLocation: TorontoAs a Senior Consultant on the Klick Consulting team, you will be responsible for:Leading on data collection, analysis, insight synthesis, and validationSupporting project scoping, estimating, and planning Participating in customer and expert interviewsCommunicating critical insights visually and verballyLeading presentations to and managing relationships with clientsSupport organic growth of the practiceCollaborating with team members across a range of disciplinesEngaging directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporationsRequirements:5+ years’ experience in a consulting environment is a must with a focus on healthcare, technology or dataPost-graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH or MSc or equivalent vocational experience is preferredExperience in primary and secondary research and data gatheringExperience in gaining alignment or gathering requirements through client workshops Experience in design thinking and future thinking/foresighting is an assetComfort in leading and participating in co-creational ideation and design exercisesExperience in scoping and project planningExcellent communication skills and high level of comfort presenting ideas#LI-MK1 #LI-Hybrid
