Senior Consultant/Consultant, Workforce Transformation

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Transformation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in London.  This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Through integrated talent solutions, we help our clients build the leadership, talent and organisational capabilities they need to compete and grow for the future.We are seeking an exceptional Workforce Transformation Senior Consultant or Consultant, with an impressive academic record and proven commercial experience gained within a consultancy You will build a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively in order to develop coherent and relevant organisational interventions that deliver successful business outcomes.You will work across the UK and Europe on a wide variety of client projects, including strategic workforce planning, skills assessment and development, organisational design, change management, culture interventions and DE&I projects which will give you career development across the HR life cycle.

We will count on you to:

Build strong client relationships on each project that you work onBe a vital member of the team by collaborating with the other members of the Workforce Transformation organisation in order to build future businessLead project work streams and small-mid-sized projects in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organisation design, skills transformation, change management and HR TransformationSupport in new business development opportunities

What you need to have: 

Experience within a Workforce Transformation role, ideally within a consultancyA strong commercial acumen with the capacity to quickly understand complex business issuesClient skills with demonstrated experience working with HR/Talent/Business stakeholders, managing projects across a broad range of areas.Ability to facilitate client project meetings and present key insights/reports findingsA broad understanding of organisational change and people strategy with specific experience in a number of these key areas: organisational and cultural transformation, enterprise skills transformation, HR Transformation, organisation design, strategic workforce planning and change managementPast success in working on client projects will be essential for this role.
