Role overview
In this role you will be focused primarily on delivering cultural strategy work within our brand and innovation strategy practice areas. Working with a core Strategy3 team and a network of Ipsos collaborators you will play an important role in winning and delivering new business. Alongside project work you will work with the Cultural Strategy Expert lead to develop our offer and promote it through thought leadership and industry events. What will I be doing?
Winning and delivering work - with the support of the Cultural Strategy Expert lead you will be engaging with clients to build awareness of our capabilities - joining briefing calls and presenting credentials. You will work on proposals and pitches, bringing fresh thinking that ensures a distinctive perspective on the challenge. You will direct and work with project teams, providing direction to juniors within the Strategy3 team who are developing their Cultural Strategy knowledge and experience, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
Subject matter expertise - you will keep abreast of the latest news, thinking and competitor activity relating to Cultural Strategy. You will join cross-Ipsos meetings to share and develop ideas on how our offer can be developed to best meet client needs and stand-out from the competition. You will represent Ipsos at client and industry events, being a spokesperson for the organisation and contributing to the Cultural Conversation.
Coaching and developing team - you will be sharing your passion and knowledge in Cultural Strategy to nurture our talent, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching to hone their skills.
This role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week and the rest from home.
