About the Role:

 Support and lead H&S projects, ensuring compliance with local, EU, and international regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA standards, EU Directives). 

Provide strategic health and safety advisory services to clients across sectors.

Engage with clients to identify project requirements and develop tailored H&S solutions.

Support, coordinate and/or supervise multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections to improve occupational health and safety performance.

Develop and implement H&S management systems, policies, and training programs.

Support the preparation of proposals and contribute to business development efforts to expand ERM’s H&S services in Romania and Eastern Europe.

Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth within the team.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in H&S consulting, risk management, or compliance.

Strong understanding of Romanian and EU H&S regulations and international best practices.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively  with clients, regulators, and employees.

Business development experience, including proposal writing and client relationship management is advantageous.

Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken) is required.
