As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence to strengthen our team and support our clients in their transformation projects. You will work on strategic missions in operational excellence and assist with responses to tenders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-impact assignments to improve clients’ operational performance.
- Analyzing the specific needs of clients in relation to their transformation and strategic objectives.
- Diagnosing current operations to identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement in terms of cost reduction and user experience improvement.
- Defining target models and proposing tailored solutions to address clients' unique challenges.
- Quantifying expected outcomes, both in cost reduction and user experience enhancement.
- Designing and implementing a transformation framework, including tools, models, and guiding principles to help clients operationalize their strategy.
- Over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale operational transformations, with proven results in quality and process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (yellow, green, or black belt) is essential. A Black Belt in LSS and strong experience in change management within large international organizations will be a significant advantage.
- University degree (undergraduate or master’s) in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or business.
- Experience in management consulting, with practical expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in business process mapping and transformation, including proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN).
- Deep knowledge of data modeling tools and data analysis tools (SQL, reporting, etc.).
- Ability to interpret all organizational dimensions, including business models, processes, governance, tools, and IT architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and discuss strategic issues with senior management.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and an innovative mindset, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- A perfect command of French and English is required due to the international nature of the role and interactions with both national and international clients.
