This unique opportunity will see you manage and grow a portfolio of Accident and Health clients to deliver world-class guidance and efficiency. We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of allocated Jumbo / Corporate Accident & Health clients plus allied People Risk policiesActively support the Principal Consultant with all aspects of managing Jumbo accountsProvide high quality customer service, claims advocacy and advice to all stakeholdersDevelop and drive the team vision and strategy, including renewal management, sales, talent management, operational excellence & channel managementAchieve set revenue (budget renewal & sales targets) and expense budgetsContribute to the achievement of Divisional business plans and objectivesActively develop and generate new and expanded business opportunitiesTake accountability for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related materials and documentationAdvocate for the MMB team to the rest of the Marsh Business

Day-to-day this might include:

Client interactions including calls, in-person presentations and meetings with C-Suite and Heads of HRProviding high quality customer service, claims advocacy and adviceProviding superior People Risk consulting servicesBuilding strong relationships with all stakeholders, including internal (general brokers, management, global colleague network) and external (clients, claims administrators, and underwriters) customers to deliver exceptional outcomesExpertly managing account queriesDeveloping a thorough understanding of client needs and the products and services we offerRegularly attending industry events and trainingMay be some travel interstate

What you need to have:

Tier 1 FSRA ComplianceAdmission as a Qualified Practicing Insurance BrokerInsurance experience, preferably in Accident & HealthAbility to adapt and learn new subject matter rapidlyStrong negotiation, presentation and people skillsSelf-motivation to work autonomously while being part of a wider team
