The Prudential Risk team specializes in interpreting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements from entities like the ECB and DNB. We support end-to-end processes for business and financial functions, aiding in risk management and compliance.
The office
Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven't had breakfast yet? Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
Owning the topics on the CFO agenda, to contribute to a better working world advising clients on implementation of legislation & supervisory guidance. Doing project-based work in a team to advice clients on regulatory topics such as sustainability, regulatory reporting, (banking) license applications, regulatory compliance, Basel III (e.g., CoRep, FinRep, Leverage, Liquidity) and other requirements imposed by European supervising bodies and regulators, and in that way building long-lasting relationships with our clients in the financial sector. Stay abreast of new regulations and industry trends and work with regulations like CRR & CRD, PSR & PSD, CSRD, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, and publications from ESMA, EBA, EIOPA, and ECB. Link legal requirements with business processes, regulatory expectations, organizational risk appetite, reporting processes, and operational application. Combining various skills, such as executive presentation, storytelling, writing skills, project management and working with various cultures and backgrounds.
Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?
You finished a Master’s degree, preferably with a background in financial law or risk management. Minimum of 3 years prior working experience with a focus on financial services and/or consulting. You are legal-savvy, process-driven, policy-minded and people-oriented. You are fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and in writing.
