This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. You'll be Providing Siebel MDM(UCM) / CRM solution designing expertise and leadership to the team working on development and deployment of UCM & CRM programs and projects.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesDirect discussions and interactions with client side Business PMs, Architects, consultant, Development teams ensuring all the parties are aligned and working towards the same goal.Conduct and facilitate workshops with the Business and IT Stakeholders for solution designs.Work with other Technology leads in the team to ensure the different solutions and projects are not in conflict with each other.Provide inputs to high level and low level solution design for the solution based on the business/functional requirements. Identify and address technical dependencies.Active participation in design and architecture reviews of projects and enhancement changesResponsible for producing estimates and inputs to requirements for future projects and enhancements. Must ensure this is with input from the team and that all estimates are achievable and realistic.Ensure continuous improvement and pre-emptive maintenance around the environmentStrong focus on continuous improvement where a combination of expert team resources and the right infrastructure implementation represents lower operational cost and risk to the organizationEnsure activities and deliverables conform to the agreed standards, success criteria and deadlines for the project or work streamOwn and prepare business proposals & roadmaps for the internal and external customers
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.Australian citizens and those authorized to work in Australia are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.At least 5 years of experience in Siebel UCM / CRM, Siebel OpenUIExperience with Siebel configuration, Workflows, EIMStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.Expert knowledge and significant experience in a range of information systems and technology services and products used in the architecture, design, developmentPreferred QualificationsFinancial Industry domain experienceExperience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality 11g or 12dExperience in Oracle Policy AutomationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in software development life cycleAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
