We are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors.
As a Senior Consultant, you will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.
Your key responsibilities
Identify and analyze client’s business issues. Be an active contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing, and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team members. Perform market, industries and companies’ dynamics research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports, market research reports, news articles, internal sources). Executing various analyses (e.g. customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, operating model design) to support recommendations. Designing and executing in-depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers. Analyzing business plans and pro-forma financial and operating models to help identify key assumptions and drivers.

Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities Excellent problem solving orientation, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor`s degree in Economics or Business 3-5 years of relevant work experience Experience in business consulting, operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function Excellent knowledge of English in a professional environment Advanced user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary
