Senior Consultant - WHS and Enterprise Risk
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh Advisory. This role will be based in Adelaide, however intrastate travel is a requirement of the role. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or at client sites.
As a Senior Consultant you will provide clients with high quality Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Enterprise Risk (Risk) solutions, whilst developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
We will count on you to:
Research, plan, and deliver high-quality WHS and Risk engagements that enhance client capacity and maturity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively generating new business opportunities for growth within the Marsh Advisory consulting practice in South Australia.
Provide expert advice on project approaches, methodologies, and tools for effective implementation of WHS and Risk programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Share knowledge and insights on emerging WHS and Risk trends with the team to foster continuous improvement and capability enhancement.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in Enterprise Risk and Work Health and Safety.
Strong project planning and management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, including training and facilitation abilities.
A South Australian “C” Class driver’s license (or equivalent).
