Senior Contact Center Product Manager

Support or be the lead being the "voice of the customer" and collaborate closely with outside stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that product strategies align with both customer needs and business goals. Your leadership and expertise in Agile methodologies will be critical in shaping our product vision and driving impactful outcomes. + Synthesize the Voice of the Business with the Voice of the Customer: Serve as primary advocate of customers of 1-2 products, combining data about their digital needs with business goals and objectives to create a cohesive and optimal vision and roadmap for delivery teams. + Objective Development: Develop product and Experience-level digital Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), measurement and reporting. + KPI Tracking and Analysis: Oversee tracking and analysis of KPIs based on OKRs to extract actionable insights and guide product improvements. Develop Learning Agendas that articulate key business questions about the product and your customers that can be answered through data/metrics. + Service Blueprint: Collaborate with the Experience Product Lead and Strategy team to produce key deliverables that articulate the impact and value of the experience, such as Service Blueprints that illustrate comprehensive customer journeys across various touchpoints. + Discovery: Facilitate experience and technical discovery sessions for 1-2 products, including co-creation workshops and prototyping, with support from business partners and delivery teams. Ensure that your products deliver an omni channel approach in supporting user goals. + Scope and Roadmap Management: Collaborate with the Experience Product Lead to refine product scope and roadmap, optimizing the roadmap to deliver on OKRs and business commitments - including trade-offs and prioritization decisions within their product(s). + Requirements Development: Define capabilities and features, and lead the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for their product – and ensure they are understood by delivery team + Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the Experience strategy, OKRs, and insights derived from data and research, balancing new development with technical requirements, production support, minor enhancements, and technical debt. + Dependency Coordination: Understand and facilitate the coordination of cross-team and external dependencies as necessary. + Quality Assurance: Review completed work, provide constructive feedback, and accept work as appropriate to maintain high standards. + Stakeholder Communication and Engagement: Facilitate clear and proactive communications with stakeholders about roadmaps, commitments, OKRs and KPIs. Be a trusted partner and go-to expert on your product and experiences. Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand changes to their strategy, priority, and goals in order to maintain alignment with the product roadmap. + Stakeholder Demos: Lead feature demonstrations for stakeholders, providing product expertise and facilitating training as necessary. + Agile Leadership: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective team collaboration and communication. + Cross-functional Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving alignment and delivering impactful products and services. + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **Education/Experience:** Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 – 6 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
