The Senior Content Management Associate (SCMA) solves internal queries posed by CT BL team members related to knowledgebase issues and licensing nuances across all industries. The SCMA is dedicated to providing rapid and accurate answers so that adjacent teams are able to fulfill client orders and move projects toward completion. As a senior team member, the SCMA is responsible for identifying areas of need in the BL Knowledgebase and proactively planning necessary actions in conjunction with the Manager. The SCMA assists in drafting regular client reports and is responsible for publishing auxiliary reports of their own. SCMAs act as team ambassadors, communicating frequently with other departments and providing training when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Respond to internal queries posed by WK team members via the InSys task system and other channelsMaintain task status updates so team members are abreast of status of inquiriesCommunicate directly with external government agencies to assist with business license research inquiriesConcisely convey findings to team members via verbal and written correspondenceAdd new and updated license information to the BL Brain Knowledgebase following internal task completionActively monitor 'Knowledge Recapture' source channels, respond to recapture notifications, and effectuate recapture of knowledgeConduct sweeps of BL Brain knowledge to identify and remedy outdated, missing, or new informationCreate and Manage Missing Fields Reports (MFRs)Assist with structural maintenance, data migration, and troubleshooting related to the BL Brain KnowledgebaseAssist with internal cross-team training effortsProvide overflow assistance to adjacent teams

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $44,900 - $61,700
