Job Title: Senior Content & Records Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Cedar Rapids, IA OR Madison, WI

Job Type: Contract

Hours: 20-40 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

Experience with document management systems (ImageSite experience is a plus, but training will be provided).Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation preferred.Experience handling engineering documents and technical drawings (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.).Strong understanding of metadata management and document classification.Ability to analyze and solve document management issues effectively.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, project management tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with technical writing and procedural documentation.Knowledge of records management best practices.Experience with Unifier or similar engineering document repositories.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Content Management Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining engineering documents and drawings throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with engineers, plant staff, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy, proper storage, and accessibility using our document management systems. Responsibilities include supporting Engineering in managing and maintaining engineering documents, utilizing ImageSite and other document management systems to store and organize technical documentation, uploading and categorizing new documentation from facilities with proper metadata tagging, and working with AutoCAD and MicroStation files to ensure correct formatting and storage. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers and plant staff to maintain quality standards, conduct inventories of existing records and recommend retention improvements, develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and training materials, train and mentor staff on best practices, and monitor system performance to implement necessary improvements.
