Implements, develops, manages and administers CME accredited education programs on multiple, overlapping timelines. Maintains ACCME accreditation standards to support CME mission statement and assures accreditation documentation is of high quality and in compliance with all standards, guidelines and policies. Assesses Providence medical staff educational needs and partners with activity chairs and planning committee members to develop course content and materials that will meet those needs. Stays abreast of U.S. healthcare trends and developments and assesses CME needs for Providence providers. Plans and coordinates gap analyses and needs assessments of each educational activity. Initiates planning meetings with content experts to ensure course content is current and meets medical best-practice standards, with emphasis on patient safety, improved patient outcomes and patient care quality. Tracks and analyzes CME programs by examining attendees' evaluation results. Designs computer/web-based educational programs. Develops and tracks detailed course budgets and independently secures educational grants, exhibit fees and registration fees to cover course expenses. Monitors the activities of CME Coordinators from other departments, as well as joint sponsor organizations. Represents Providence and the CME program to a wide range of organizations and customers. Contributes to effectiveness of overall Providence CME program by assuring that all work is performed efficiently and professionally.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years continuing medical education program accreditation coordination, project implementation and management experience. Extensive experience assessing medical staff educational needs and partnering with activity chairs and planning committee members to develop course content and materials. Experience overseeing and coaching the work of others.Preferred Qualifications:
