As part of CTO2 Allianz Partners area we looking for contract managers to take care of customer master service agreement as well as biggest outsourcing suppliers of established delivery model. The role will be part of commercial expertise center serving global customer and supporting the delivery organization across multiple Allianz technology branches.

What will make you succeed in this position?

Skills requirements: 3-5 years of experience Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus Experience in a similar role at least 5 years Excellent communication skills, analytical, attention to detail Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate Strong English skills mandatory

 

Your mission in the role will be:

Develop expertise in Customer MSA Contract as well as Supplier MSA Contract as part of customer outsourced scope. Identify compliance gaps and propose joint solution based on customer and supplier requirements Manage and track MSA Change requests Identify simplification potential of the MSA and ensure the alignment with ITSOA compliance Establish and apply supplier contract checklist assessments Customer point of contact for contract related queries Internal contract advisor role for internal stakeholders Consolidation of local procurement guidelines in applicable locations Optimization of 3d party contracts portfolio Supplier relationship management, negotiations, anticipation of new contacts and extension
