What you will do:

The Senior Contract Coordinator will support the ProCare Client Services space through evaluation, execution, and maintenance of ProCare service contracts. Duties include service contract entry, ongoing service contract maintenance, quota credit analysis, and invoicing support.

Complete Warranty contract/order entry for a diverse portfolio of contracts/order typesManage credits for Sales orders and perform contract cancellationsManage and execute projects related to ongoing contract management (e.g., SAP record updates, coverage/entitlement analysis, quota credit analysis and projections, and invoice dispute resolution)Enter a diverse portfolio of contract types with high degree of accuracyVerify and correct entitlement and serial number coverageFacilitate requests with Accounts Receivable; identify and resolve problems related to quota credit through independent analysis and consultation where appropriatePartner with Business Unit Sales Representatives and Operations, ProCare Client Specialists, ProCare Data Analyst, Customer, Technical, and Field Service, Flex Financial, and other internal partnersAssist in leading month end close
