Position: Senior Contracts and Methods Engineer

Job Description:

Manage contracting processes and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational objectives. Maintain and update the Project Contract Follow-up Schedule. Build strong relationships with Technical Entities and suppliers for effective service delivery. Ensure compliance with insurance, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Utilize Affiliate and Project Group frame agreements and contracts. Update supplier and contract management tools and leverage e-sourcing when possible. Report activities and cost savings using available tools. Oversee Technical Assistance Services (TAS) and General Services Contracts. Lead contract and purchase order (PO) awards to support project needs. Monitor TAS contracts, General Services, and long-term POs, ensuring renewals and strategy alignment. Coordinate with suppliers for smooth service delivery and invoice payments. Conduct procurement processes per company policies, laws, and strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: 15+ years in the industry, 10-15 years in contracting. Languages: Fluent in English; French is reccomended
