The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Contracts Management Manager based out of Hazelwood, MO.
This position will serve as the Senior Contracts Manager for all USAF Training Aircraft contracts effort, to include both the T-7A and T-38 aircraft. This is a customer facing position that will have direct engagement with our USAF and International Customer base, with the primary customer being the USAF. This position will support both the Boeing Defense and Boeing Government Services business units.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of contract administrators and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs with multiple customers and multiple contract types, such as: general terms agreements, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements
5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating commercial and/or government contracts
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active US Government Security Clearance
Expertise in government contracting, with a strong focus on FAR and DFAR regulations within the aerospace sector

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $165,750 - $224,250
