TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer.
The role will see you manage various high-value and complex packages across the Foundations scopes of work for a major UK construction project.
The Role Contract Management: Lead the timely and accurate implementation of contractual obligations, claim management and Variations/Amendments Cost Forecasting: Develop and manage cost forecasts for input to business case Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with Project Managers, Planners, Contract Managers, and contractors. Provide concise and consistent communication. Risk Management: Take part in contract and execution risk reviews and maintain risk management updates Cost Control: Minimise project costs and risks while enhancing value for money. Contract Management: Exercise the rights and obligations within our contracts and performance-manage teams both internally and externally Cost Control: Perform risk, value management, and cost control during construction. Contractual Advice: Provide advice and support to resolve contractual claims and disputes, including creating Variation Order and Amendments. Your Profile Methodical and Process-Driven: You excel at gathering and analysing data to accurately assess issues. Your decisions are well-founded, and you can confidently back your judgments. Adaptability: You should be able to travel to project worksites in the UK and Western Europe on a twice per month basis Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator, unafraid to seek assistance when needed. Experience Previous experience as a Contract Manager Solid understanding of infrastructure projects and FIDIC contracts is required.
