Senior Controllership Analyst
As a Project Accountant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing project accounting and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) framework. You will be responsible for conducting EAC (Estimate at Completion) reviews, analyzing project financials, and providing insights to support decision-making. Your expertise in project accounting, financial analysis, and SOX compliance will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall financial performance of the project health. You will report directly to a Controllership Manager, and you'll work out of our Sky Harbor HQ on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Program Management, Program Controls, and Finance and have high visibility with senior leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Conduct EAC reviews and analyze project financials to ensure accuracy and completeness + Learn the principles of accounting for long-term engineering contracts. + Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making + Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and the SOX framework and support internal and external audit requests + Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders + Assist in the development and implementation of project accounting processes and controls US Citizen Requirement Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
