1. Establishes and develops cost account systematic for the assigned unit. Analyzes and attributes variable and fixed cost portion to the respective cost accounts. Conducts product profit margin analysis (sales revenue vs. cost of sales, variable costs and fixed costs). 建立和发展完善成本会计核算系统和体系，归纳和分析固定成本和变动成本情况，进行产品利润率分析。2. Maintains annual standard calculations schemes for machine usage, material, labor, and overhead, and provides cost calculation base for product pricing.维护年度标准成本计算,考虑机器利用率,劳动力,人员成本开销等成本要素,为产品定价提供成本核算的基础。3. Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improve the depended cost accounting system. 分析和评估成本结构，建立、维护和改进依赖成本会计体系。4. Lead Accountant for 带领费用会计管理：1) Cost center expense analysis and control 公司各部门成本费用分析和控制。2) SRE cost collection and control SRE租金/利息/管理费的收集和控制。3) RD and project cost collection and control 研发和项目费用的收集和控制。4) NC, bulk and IO etc. directly cost control 非生产性额外费用/bulk材料/内部订单成本的控制。5. Supports management in planning and calculating yearly budgets.协助管理层制定年度预算。6. Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures. 对比实际业务结果和计划的差异，确认确定的措施效果。7. Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.提供有关整体绩效的定期业务报告，以及向管理层提供行动建议。8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. Position Requirement:职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting related. 本科以上学历，财务或会计相关专业。2. At least 10 years practical experience in Accounting and FP&A, have experience in Managerial position is a Plus. Have Working experience in MNCs. 在会计和财务计划与分析方面具备10年以上工作经验，有管理经验优佳。具有跨国企业工作经历。 3. Excellent English communication skill 卓越的英语交流能力。4. Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach具有较强的计划，组织，指导的领导能力。
