Come play a role in the continued growth of MLB’s Partnership Solutions department. The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Solutions will be part of the team responsible for developing sales opportunities and custom platforms for new and existing MLB partners and media clients. This position will help design and steward custom campaigns for MLB official partnerships that leverage IP across MLB’s O&O media channels, Jewel Event activations, Custom Content/Creative, Retail, CSR, Hospitality and more. The position combines creativity, big idea thinking, strategic planning, account management, internal and external relationship building, and strong organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with the MLB sales and activations teams across ongoing MLB Official Partner and Media accounts Work closely with the MLB sales team to pitch new sponsor programs across MLB, MiLB and Little League Collaborate with internal departments to find creative ways to integrate current and prospective MLB partners and advertisers into MLB marketing, content, product, and other initiatives Create Sales collateral for Sponsorship team including positioning slides and any new marketplace opportunities Assist in managing portfolio of MLB Official Partner accounts Update internal sales software to track opportunities that are out to market, available, on the horizon, etc.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree 2+ years relevant partnership marketing experience (brand, team, or league) Ability to expediently create a variety of client-facing presentations including, but not limited to pitch decks, wrap-ups, overview slides, infographics Advanced skills in PPT, Excel, Google Docs and Asana Strong written and presentation skills Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once Creative minds preferred Excellent organizational skills Acumen for problem solvingPay Range:$67,500 - $70,000
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
