About the Role
As Senior Coordinator, Print Strategy, you will support strategies for how Kohl’s uses products and brands in print and throughout the content marketing ecosystem to increase customer relevance and deepen retailer connection .
What You’ll Do
+ Assist with the development, governance and execution of print strategy, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content to support business objectives
+ Partner closely with Product Strategy and Promotional Strategy teams to ensure business priorities are reflected in print content
+ Partner closely with the Media team on appropriate direct mail formats, testing opportunities and audience strategy to maximize content effectiveness
+ Lead day-to-day development and maintenance of print planning documents and deliverables, communicating changes in content plans to cross-functional teams
+ Participate in creative reviews to ensure strategy is reflected in the final marketing
+ Stay up-to-date with market trends, audience behaviors and emerging print capabilities
+ Leverage research and insights to refine strategies, ensuring that print efforts maximize relevance and effectiveness
+ Analyze print performance and produce reports on channel results, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements
+ Demonstrate a balance of strategic understanding and attention to detail to implement best practices and drive thoughtful year-over-year optimization of content
+ Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
+ 2+ years of Print Marketing, Marketing Strategy and/or Channel Planning experience
+ Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
+ Ability to quickly translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights
+ Ability to influence partners to ensure strategies are understood and followed
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
