Key Responsibilities:
Assists managers and supervisors by performing advanced administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel functions in a Station Operations office.
Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions using computer generated volume data and staffing guidelinesForecasts future personnel requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance controlDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, operations and performanceMakes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for paymentPerforms personnel-related duties including filing, processing payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyProvides support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functionsProvides work direction, guidance and training for the Clerk – Station Operations (as necessary)The salary for this position is $40,425 to $59,290 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
