**Description** **Job Summary and Qualifications** **The Senior CME Coordinator will assist in the creation, accreditation and dissemination of CME programming for HCA GME faculty and residents. This position serves as a resource in supporting the programs within the HCA GME portfolio by performing a variety of activities related to successful educational programming.** **This position is based in Brentwood, TN with 2 days each week set at Work from Home.** **Key responsibilities include:** + **Collaborate with leadership in scheduling and developing programs, including researching and securing meeting space and services; developing and maintaining individual program budget; and negotiating contracts with vendors.** + **Review announcement content, which includes proofreading and correcting conference material; ensuring adherence to ACCME requirements and guidelines; and collaborating with leadership in communication strategy.** + **Maintain timely and professional written and verbal communications with faculty members, content experts and other related partners.** + **The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
