Key Responsibilities:

Assists managers and supervisors by performing advanced administrative activities and functions for daily operational employee requirements and business processes. Acts as first point of contact for all department employees with any payroll or benefit issues including employee retirement processing and coordination with Employee Service Center. Processes include staff alignment i.e. shift bids, vacation bidding, overtime call-in and tracking, profile updates, badging and records maintenance. Financial processes will include the processing and reconciliation of invoices, P-cards, expense reports and payroll. Additional duties include support of employment/recall processes, correspondence, employee training reporting, local events coordination, uniform program administration and the ordering office supplies and equipment. Position will include development of proficiency in data management systems, i.e. ETA, scheduling systems, Learning Network and Concur/Egencia.

The base pay range for this role is $43,890.00 to $59,840.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
