Key Responsibilities:The Airport Operations department keeps operations at our airports running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.
Assists managers, supervisors and front line agents by performing administrative activities and functions including, but not limitedSchedulingPayroll/eTA , accounts payable, report preparation, wellness administrationSafety and OJI reporting and trackingAirport and governmental reports, employee badgingRecord retention and process implementation to ensure compliance with SAQ and other audit requirementsFinancial planning and analysis,Contract oversightBadging/SAQEvent planning, and other tasks to support local station leadership and employeesProvides support for station frontline employees & general manager that includes answering general office questions, payroll, and scheduling issuesDuties also include support for badging requirements, gathering documents for performance & wellness events, and interpretation of contract on an ad hoc basisProcesses & corrects documents related to exceptions in time & attendance systems to accurately reflect payroll for frontline employeesBuilds reports such as landing fee report, daily ops report, and 30 other reports used by general managers, supervisors, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to make decisionsProcesses accounting invoices for station expenses such as customer service vouchers (CSVs) & vendor invoicesDuties also include balancing general ledger (G/L) line items on monthly basis and providing estimated expenses to financial planning and analysis (FP&A)Handles office supplies (including purchasing), plans office events, and coordinates general meetingsUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. Bachelor's Degree with concentration in FinanceAirline experienceThe base pay range for this role is $46,200.00 to $62,600.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
