The Sr. Coordinator is part of our PBM Finance Operations Member Experience team. In this role, the colleague will play in an important part of the department’s ongoing success related to improving our member’s experience. The colleague must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with key stakeholders and members on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities: -Manage an assigned book of business consisting of a particular type of member- initiated disputes related to mail order prescription balances -Monitor various assigned queues (via Resolution Manager, Compass, emails, paper mail, eFax, SharePoint) for incoming disputes and ensure timely resolution to meet departmental and client service level agreements -Customer Service support related to internal and external customer requests -Communicate results directly to members and internal business partners regarding dispute research outcomes **Required Qualifications** + 1+ year of professional experience in a customer service, billing, finance, accounting, or other healthcare operations role **Preferred Qualifications** -PBM Finance Operations experience strongly preferred -Medicare Part D experience -Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint -Ability to handle high volume of financial activity and requests -Assertive follow-up skills, strong organization skills, and attention to detail -Ability to communicate results of research and analysis verbally and in written form to all levels of the organization, internal and external stakeholders including PBM members **Education** -High School Diploma or equivalent required -Bachelor’s Degree preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
