About the right team memberAs a senior copywriter, you should not only have mastered implementing voice, tone, branding, syntax, and grammar, but be able to creatively execute those via a multitude of projects: online, print, video, and multi-media. Senior copywriters also assist in mentoring and training associate and staff-level copywriters and help educate outside teams on the above skills and guidelines. This position involves making creative decisions and drafting original, compelling, on-brand B2B SaaS copy that aligns with product and corporate strategy. You’ll also collaborate with a lot of smart, creative people on fun projects that challenge your imagination.
About the roleSynthesize business requirements with brand direction to create best-in-class B2B SaaS marketing copy.Mentor fellow copywriters to foster expertise and develop team talent.Work closely with creative directors, visual designers, project managers, product managers, fellow copywriters, and creative leads to develop influential copy and brand messaging, addressing design specifications and applying results gained from user testing and research.Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to result in the best, most informed project assets and deliverables.Help develop the brand’s voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey by creating and upholding standards, style guides, and processes.Work closely with members of the product management and marketing teams to align content strategy with target audience needs, brand positioning, and team resources.Ability to understand high-level software and digital technology concepts, how people use and respond to them, and the most engaging ways to communicate that to both mass and segmented audiences.Skills & experienceBA/BS degree in English, journalism, advertising, marketing, or related field. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,000 to $100,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
