Responsibilities 工作内容
领导华东地区团队开发新的餐饮客户及其它重点客户业务,巩固艺康与餐饮客户及其它重点客户的合作伙伴关系以完成年度地区客户销售及利润预算;制订所负责区域内的销售目标、营销规划及实施方案;制定并实施定价策略,以确保满足餐饮服务部门和艺康的整体收入和利润目标; 与客户建立相互信赖、双赢的合作关系,保持良好的互动,协助团队成员与客户中层或以上管理人员保持良好沟通,建立良好合作关系; 洽谈盈利的餐饮客户及重点客户合作协议,确保新协议不危害以往协议价格;理解餐饮客户及其它重点客户的需求及企业文化,了解这些信息将对艺康生意产生何种影响; 有效协调产品使用、方案试用、现场调研、新开分店、合同签订及执行、价格调整、设备安装、货款催收等相关事宜;为销售人员提供如何有效地为餐饮客户及重点客户工作的培训;团队人才的招聘与培养,保持人才储备;Requirements 任职资格
学士或以上学位,市场营销、化学等相关专业优先考虑; 有8年以上从事关行业的销售经验以及2年以上团队管理经验; 优秀的团队合作精神,项目运作能力及沟通能力; 高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力,优秀的计划组织能力。Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
