C&W are looking for an experienced, customer focused Senior Corporate Concierge to join us working on our clients site in the Adelaide CBD.Job Description
As the Senior Corporate Concierge you will deliver a range of on-site facilities and workplace services, ensuring a responsive, welcoming, and authentic experience to the client’s staff & visitors at our client’s premises.
Our Corporate Concierge team have a focus on anticipating needs, presenting a professional and approachable image, and delivering prompt and positive action which makes every interaction simple and effective to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
About the role:
Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is strongly represented and make sure that all work is of the highest qualityIntegrate within the clients business to understand their workplace experience, identify areas for improvement and innovationProactively builds rapport with clients (at the respective level), and ensures to meet their needs to minimise escalationsWork with key stakeholders to engage with client employees, identifying strategies to encourage staff back into the physical workplaceOffice managementMeet & greet visitors and advise host of their arrivalEnsure all guests\visitors\tradespeople sign in and register pursuant to site guidelinesAbout You:
Prior experience in workplace services, either through Concierge or Workplace Coordination rolesAbility to demonstrate a sense of urgency when undertaking workExcellent written and oral communication skills together with strong interpersonal skills.Strong Customer Service skillsCreative thinking mindset, able and willing to contribute ideas relating to the planning of workplace eventsExcellent written and oral communication skills together with strong interpersonal skills.The ability to be a team player and individual contributor as required.An ability to prioritise effectively and ensure deadlines are met.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
