Handle a variety of general legal matters
- Supporting the business in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Renewal of corporate documentation, including trade licenses, POAs, Board Resolutions, other corporate certificates and registrations, and other general corporate tasks
- Supporting corporate & legal projects (M&A, regulatory compliance, personal data protection, contract management, etc.)
- Provide advice on employment-related issues
- Managing disputes and litigation
- Supervise and manage outside counsels with respect to work conducted by such outside counsels
- Providing business-minded advice with a passion for finding solutions, meeting the objectives of the business whilst managing risk
- Be part of, and collaborate with Group Legal
-Masters degree in related fields
-At least 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law in a global company or a law-firm
-Native in Chinese and fluent in English
-Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Solid integrity and sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, proactive
-Ability to act independently and reliably under time pressure and on multiple tasks, cooperative and team oriented
