The team leads the development and execution of all inorganic activity at Edward Jones, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, large-scale partnerships, and new business incubations. The Senior Associate is a critical member of this team that helps execute these initiatives. Key responsibilities include: + Interface with business and functional leaders to support all areas of inorganic growth - from idea to business case to deal execution - taking a holistic cross-functional approach + Assist in the M&A and Strategic Investing process, including sourcing, qualification, initial rationale, financial modeling, due diligence, and closing activities + Coordinate cross-functional deal teams with internal and external partners + Develop complex valuation models and prepare valuation analysis, incorporating DCF, trading & transaction comparables, and other valuation methods + Support the development of robust frameworks and models to evaluate inorganic growth opportunities Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
